ABOUT THE FOUNDATION

The Cathedral School Educational Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) entity. It is the
implementation arm of the Cathedral School Alumni Association.

The Foundation is responsible for working with Cathedral Catholic School and the
Catholic Educational Secretariat in identifying the needs of the school and ensuring an
effective means of delivering support. It operates on a budget approved annually by the
National Association at the convention plenary session.
